Well, some of the things I feared about Juuuulia were true. It was time consuming. It took about two hours, the quiche aux epinards, especially since I had to be all hardcore and use fresh spinach. It took about ninetytwo trillion billion dishes. It required more butter than I imagined possible.

However, it was not impossible, either. It came out much better than I thought a first quiche would, though the crust was a bit underdone. Definitely more than two hours better than Trader Joe's frozen quiche, so in that sense, it was worth it.
