Paging T! Didn't you used to have a cookbook called "Freezes Beautifully"? Did I make that up? Why has Amazon never heard of it?

I bought Crazy For Casseroles today, and am kicking myself for only getting 10% off, for one. But for two, I want to make every casserole in it. I want a casserole every day. I nixed our dinner plans for tonight in favor of spinach, feta and shrimp. I'm making chicken divan tomorrow for my friend, the new mother. I'm casserole mad.

Perhaps the title is meant to be taken literally.
