Also, I made the roasted chicken with bowtie pasta salad, from the March Cooking Light to bring to work for lunch this week. I roasted my own chicken breasts, instead of buying Just Chicken or something, and the salad is great- a very light, citrusy vinaigrette dressing and walnuts and grapes and celery and all sorts of good stuff.

The only way to keep myself from eating pizza and burgers for lunch is to pack my own, and the only way to have time to pack my own is to make a batch of something on Sunday and eat it all week. I don't mind the repetition for the week, but I can't take it two weeks in a row. So if any of y'all have good lunch salad type meal suggestions, that'll keep for 5 days- let me know.
