When you microwave leftover turnip gratin, liquid will run out and it'll look completely disgusting- but you will eat it all, and it will be so, so, good. You'll assume the liquid is the water separating from the cream, but it looks more like butter. It could be butter. You will have to resist the urge to drink the turnip butter.
