I contributed to this article about cookbooks we can't cook without. And have now added The Bread Bible and Home Cooking to my wishlist. I've also gotten all reminiscent about Betty Crocker's Picture Cookbook (which I remember having an amazing non-alcoholic eggnog recipe- maybe I need to bump that to the top of my list).
