I doubled a batch of pizza dough the other day and have a question:

When doubling a recipe that is made from a sponge, do you a)double the sponge b) keep the sponge the same and add the extra yeast with all the other doubled ingredients c)keep the sponge the same and don't add any more yeast? I went with b but don't think it was the right answer. It came out fine, though, so maybe it was.

I'm also very mad at the Houston Junior League. My copy of Stop and Smell the Rosemary goes in this order: Page 229,230, 230, 231, 229, 230, 231, 232, 241, 242, 243, 244, 241, 242, 243, 244, 245 and then on in the regular order. It's a bit of a problem. Should I contact them, or Amazon, who sold it to me?

I know I should stop talking about my food processor, but that slicing disk! It's magic. There are pixies in my kitchen, I know it.
