Last night I made my usual pizza (lemon pepper cream sauce and prosciutto and caramelized onions), since it is a knockoff of a pizza I used to eat all the time in Boston, in honor of the convention.

I mention this only because a)with my crazy new knives I cut the onions thinner than I ever have before, even on my plastic faux mandoline and b) I learned the hard way what happens to a too thin crust with too many toppings on it. It's not pretty. But it is still delicious, so there you go.
