Why you should always buy your hummus at Trader Joe's, not Whole Foods: Whole Foods keeps it next to the dip and you will wind up bringing home garlic and bacon dip instead, which is really just cream cheese flavored with sour cream and bacon. There are not enough grains in any multigrain pita to negate that lack of nutrition. That delicious, sodium laden lack of nutrition.
