Also, for T, if I don't catch you on the IM... When you make the chili from Stop and Smell the Rosemary, do you use regular ol' pork chopped up? Or do you use ground pork? It says diced pork, and I have some pork shoulder I could dice or put in the "electric super-blender-food-processor"- what do you think?
