Last night I made the molasses brined pork chops from the November or October '03 Cooking Light. Y'all, I'm not sure pork chops should taste quite so much like candy, but I'm not complaining, either. They were amazing.

Tonight, we're going to dinner with my sister, who is in town on business. She asked this morning if we minded tagging along on a client dinner... at Spago. I told her I'd eat dinner with just about anyone at Spago.
