Last night I made the peanut chicken soba salad from the current Cooking Light. (A salad that's been the topic of much talk over at Math Plus One. I couldn't find Lee Kum Kee chili garlic sauce, either, but I grabbed a regular chili garlic sauce from some outfit out in Rosemead (Rosemead being one of the few English words on the label).

First, I loved it for not making me turn on my oven. Second, I loved it because it was good. Easy to make and delicious. I really can't believe I almost cancelled my Cooking Light subscription.
