ALSO, I've given up on my Calphalon grill pan. It will NOT get clean, and it makes me angry just looking at it.

Instead, I ordered this lovely, along with this. (Though Amazon lies about those Lowest Prices of the Season. Yesterday they were $15.95 for the grill pan and $9.64 for the skillet, and that was spring, as it still is now.)

I know y'all are excited for me. I'm excited for myself, anyway, though I know NOTHING about cast iron. So tell me all about it.
