Last night was an old favorite side dish, browned butter orzo "risotto" from A New Way To Cook, which is one of my favorite side dishes ever.

I also used the ANWTC method for crusting a pan fried fish with a dry rub. I've used this many times with Greek seasoning, very successfully. I figured I would try it with Tony Chachere's. Y'all, Tony's is not meant to be used that way. The sodium! The sodium! I think I should have mixed a little Tony's with some flour, is what I should have done.
